7 months!

Claire-Bear is 7 months old now.  After being pushed to sleep better, she has shown some good improvements.  She's down to only one wake-up at night now, although now she has started having a dirty diaper at that feeding.  Which means once she's changed, she thinks it is time for a party and has no interest in going back to sleep.  So...not much better than it was before.

She likes eating baby food, and she's tried some table foods like cheese, toast, mashed potatoes, and yogurt.  She wasn't all that impressed with toast, but she seems to like everything else.  She sits well, although falls over backward when feeling lazy.  She's been enjoying playing in the bathtub now, though the kids aren't bathing together due to such different bedtimes.  Still hates tummy time.  Loves Colin the most.  She also loves her jumper.

Last week, she had to come home from daycare on Monday and Wednesday, and she never even went on Tuesday.  She was running a low-grade fever on Monday and Tuesday, which went away Wednesday morning and spiked on Wednesday afternoon.  We're pretty sure she has her first tooth coming in, judging from the large bump on her gums, cranky behavior, and disinterest in her bottles.

Peter got some great pictures for her 7 month photos.  No more marshmallows, they were going in her mouth faster than I could take a picture.

She's almost busting out of her 9 month clothes and heading quickly toward 12-month clothes.  I need her to slow down so that we can actually use all of the clothes we have, which are quickly not going to be seasonally appropriate.
